Account details. Your email address and sign-in details are handled by Clerk, our authentication provider. We store your Clerk user id against your credit balance.
Your briefs and shaders. The text you type, the shaders generated from it, and the token counts each generation used. Signed-in generations are stored against your account so paid shaders can be downloaded again. Anonymous generations are stored without any account link.
A hashed IP address. To enforce the daily limit for anonymous use and to limit free credits per address, we store a salted hash of your IP address. The address itself is not stored, and the hash is cleared from generation records after 30 days.
Purchases. Stripe handles payment and holds your card details. We never see your card number. We store the Stripe session id, the amount, the currency, and the credits granted, together with the version of the terms you accepted.
To run the service, to deliver and re-deliver what you paid for, to prevent abuse of the free tier, and to keep the records UK tax law requires us to keep. Our lawful bases are performance of a contract with you, our legitimate interest in preventing abuse, and legal obligation for tax records.
Your brief is sent to Anthropic, whose model writes the shader. Authentication runs on Clerk, storage on Supabase, payments on Stripe, and hosting on Vercel. Each of them processes data on our instructions under their own terms. We do not sell data and we do not run advertising.
Account data and paid shaders for as long as your account exists. Purchase records for six years, as required for tax. Unpaid generations and anonymous generations may be deleted at any time. Parked shaders used during sign-in are deleted within two days.
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and everything linked to it, except records we must keep for tax. Email support@prompt2res.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to complete a payment. There are no analytics or advertising cookies, so there is nothing to opt in to.
